If your API, bucket, or service only accepts traffic from known IP addresses, turn on Dedicated IP for its connector. Requests through that connector then always leave Corvic from the addresses below, so you can add them to your firewall or allowlist.

What uses the dedicated IPs

Only traffic sent through a connector with Dedicated IP turned on:
  • Requests your agents and Python code make to the connector’s API origin.
  • For OAuth connections, the token refreshes Corvic makes to the provider’s token endpoint. The sign-in page itself opens in your browser, so it comes from your own network.
  • For cloud storage connectors, every request to the bucket or storage account.

Enable it for your organization

Dedicated IP is enabled per organization. Contact Corvic support to add it to your plan.

Allowlist the addresses

Add both addresses above to the firewall or allowlist in front of your service.

Turn it on for the connector

When adding or editing a cloud storage connector under Settings → Connectors, select Use dedicated IP.
